Accommodation and Registration
Accommodation will be at the conference venue, Bäckaskog Slott (Castle).

There are several options, in the castle itself and in adjacent buildings on the estate. There are three price levels:
  • A  (in historical buildings, with a special atmosphere),
  • B  (in modern buildings) and
  • C  (with shared facilities).
Examples are on the Castle web site (http://www.backaskogslott.se/logiindex.htm). At all levels, conference fee, all meals and events are included in the total fee. The different prices are due only to the different accommodations. For details, see below.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Please indicate preferences on the registration form
.

Payment (the total fee) will be administered by the staff of Bäckaskog Slott. Payment by all international bank- and credit cards are accepted. Please use the registration form.

Please note that travelling guests are expected to arrive on the afternoon or evening of April 7th (i.e. the day before the first day of the conference). Before that date, there are no rooms available at the venue. However, in Kristianstad and surroundings there are many options that can be explored with the help of the Kristianstad Tourist Office.

Yet after the conference, it is possible for participants to stay extra nights. For price information and bookings, contact Bäckaskog Slott (http://www.backaskogslott.se, info@backaskogslott.se).

Registration and booking of accommodation is expected

before February 28, 2006.

After this date, a surcharge of 200 SEK (21 EUR, 14 GBP) is applicable. But as the number of rooms and different accommodation options are limited, it is urgently recommended to register as early as possible.

Please send the registration form as an email attachment (or by mail)  to Marie-Louise Österlind.
