Subscription to this journal is free
for
individuals. However, a
password is required to access it which can be obtained free from the
first Editor.
The password will be changed annually.
The articles published prior to 2012 are now accessible without password.
Registered
subscribers will be notified by email whenever a new article has been
put online. Therefore, subscribers are requested to inform the Editor
about changes of
their email addresses.
The right to charge libraries after a period of two years is
reserved.
